The challenge is to use all the colours as seen in this colour inspiration photo...
WHITE Strawberry Red/Pink, Mango/Orange, and a little Lemon/yellow.
Create a layout inspired by ALL the colours in this photo and you MUST USE AT LEAST ONE PIECE OF CHIPBOARD (as Scrapping Outback is known for ALL its Chippie)
You
must use White combined with the colours in the above photo. You can
use printed paper as long as these colours are the main focus of the
paper. There can be other colours on the paper, bit not too much so that
it takes away from the colours in the inspiration photo.
You can use anything the create these colours like mists, inks and paints.
You
can use a small amount of black/brown for a little stamping, inking,
journaling or just small accent, however it is NOT to be the main focus
of your layout UNLESS it is one of the main colours in the inspiration
photo.
You can use as little or a lot of each colour, but EVERY colour or similar shade of colour MUST
be used. You can use varied shades of the colours as in depends on the
device you are viewing the image on as to what shades you see.

Here are a few step by step photos of Rachelle's Layout using the Ken Oliver Color Burst powders...
Start by stamping your images onto plain white cardstock using a waterproof ink
These are the colours that Rachelle used
To create the background, spray water over Bazzil swiss dot cardstock. Using a paint brush paint the colours onto the background - the water will help the colours the blend and move around. Tilt the cardstock up and down to help the colours the spread, add more colour and water if needed. If you need to add more intensity, simply add some extra colour puffs directly the the background and let it also spread. If there is too much water, just dab off the excess with a paper towel. Continue to build up the colours until you are happy with the look. It will look heaps better when it dries.
Don't be afraid to simply add more water and colour if needed.Every background will be totally different - that's the fun part!!
Once dry, add your texture paste and other cut out elements....
