We have decided to continue this month with the "WHITE WITH A TWIST" Challenge for our September challenge.....
So welcome to our September picture inspiration Challenge everyone!
This month we want you to use White combined with the colours in this cocktail, hence the name "White with a TWIST"
So the challenge is:
Create a layout inspired by ALL the colours in this cocktail and you MUST use at least one piece of chipboard.
You must use WHITE combined with the colours above. You can use printed paper as long as these colours are the main focus of the paper. There can be other colours on the printed paper, but not too much to take away from the colours in the inspiration picture.
You can use anything to create these colours like mists, inks or paints.
You can use a small amount of black/brown just for a little stamping, inking, journaling or just as a small accessory, however it is NOT to be the main focus of your layout.
You can use as little or alot of each colour, but every colour or shade of that colour in the picture MUST be used. You can use varied shades of the colours - it depends on the inspiration that you get from the picture.
Rules:
Create a layout following the above criteria
After
you have created a LO for the challenge please upload it to your blog,

And to get you started we have some wonderful examples from our very talented Design Team girls.
This month we also have a special Guest designer for you as well - Christine Santos from New Zealand.
Christine has created a stunning layout for you...
starting with a white cardstock, making her own background to match the twist colors. She used templates, stamps, mists, inks, paints, & mediums for this and framed the photo of her youngest daughter with the New Flourish Corner Set & white corrugated cardboard applied with gesso.
Here is a little inspiration from Christine:
It was a great pleasure creating this layout. My favorite way of coloring my chipboards are through inking, painting or adding glitter. I've added glitter on the Angelface word & the little heart. As for the New Corner Flourishes, I mixed some blue acrylic paint & pearl paint, then lightly sprinkled some fine dry glitter. So it's still got some shimmer but not so glittery.
